Description
The 1982 debut EP Swedish Metal by the Sölvesborg heavy metal band Mercy is widely viewed as a raw, ultra-obscure piece of early underground metal history notable primarily for launching the career of future Candlemass vocal legend Messiah Marcolin. Released as a 12″ vinyl on the short-lived Metal Shock label, this 5-track, 13-to-17-minute EP features a power-trio lineup consisting of Andrija “Andree” Veljaca (guitars/vocals), Paul “Judas” Gustavsson (drums/vocals), and Christian “Chris” Karlsson (bass).
